Not only can we manufacture an item to your exact specifications, but we also understand what our customers are talking about and get involved.

Chimney spacers are primarily used to hold the flue pipe concentrically within the chimney shell. In our product, this is achieved by several spring-loaded, handle-shaped sliding parts for elastic (force-fit) contact with the inner wall of the chimney shell without hindering counterflow operation.

Since the mid-1990s, chimney manufacturers have increasingly tended to supply large lengths of transportable prefabricated chimney parts (up to 7 m) at the factory and then transport them to the construction site in a horizontal position, exposing them to considerable vibrations.

Our patented spacers are designed to significantly reduce the risk of damage to the inner pipe (flue pipe) when transporting prefabricated chimney system elements thanks to an additional resilient transport support, but our spacers can also be quickly and easily attached to the pipe (with or without insulation) at the construction site for classic installation systems.

Economy

Wire spacers made of steel are particularly easy and cheaper to manufacture than steel strip solutions.

This applies in particular to stainless steel versions.

Thanks to our expertise and many years of experience in the field of chimney technology, we are also able to develop spacers for our customers where we only know the internal dimensions of the casing brick and the external dimensions of the pipe column or insulation.

Special requirements are not ignored, but are worked out and fulfilled cooperatively with our customers.

Thanks to this holistic approach and understanding of the subject matter, we can also contribute to a solution for complicated problems.

Coupled with the state-of-the-art production equipment available to us, we are able to manufacture both small and large series economically.
